General Tech

Evergreen Growth technology venture investment targets AI, enterprise SaaS, fintech and semiconductor sectors. We prefer to work with early venture funds that invest in pre-seed and seed stage companies with fund sizes on average of $50 million, at a maximum of $100 million. Some of the key GP selection criteria are:

While there is no geographic preference, the nature of technology driven venture investment by default has an overweight on the US market with the rest of the exposure in Asia. Currently, Evergreen Growth does not invest in Europe, Latin America or Africa.
Venture investments in the technology sector generally fit in one of 4 baskets: infrastructure, middleware, consumer application and enterprise application. Our choice of GPs gear towards venture firms with greater exposure to infrastructure, middleware and enterprise application segments.
Evergreen Growth will continue to seek high quality venture capitalists to deploy capital in early venture investments.

Blockchain/Crypto

Evergreen Growth focuses on innovative, thesis-driven venture funds. In addition to what we look out for in general tech venture firms, in blockchain we also prioritize partnerships with GPs who champion unique, user-focused applications, which we deem crucial in this investment cycle.

Our approach to crypto liquid funds is diverse, blending small cap altcoin explorers with mid to large cap strategists. While anchored in majors like BTC and ETH, we aim to leverage market dynamics for alpha and beta gains. We seek liquid fund managers who not only demonstrate strong, well-developed theses and profound macroeconomic insights but also possess a strong track record. We welcome various strategies, from buy and hold to quant trading, and are always eager to collaborate with adaptable, knowledgeable experts in the ever-evolving blockchain/crypto space.
